Brined, cooked chicken wings come in a rotating selection of flavors, such as Asian (ginger, garlic, scallion, red pepper flakes, soy) and spicy (Frank’s RedHot sauce, guajillo and pasilla pepper puree). Swine lovers can also grab the Meat Hook’s porky condiment—a blend of freshly chopped chives and bacon fat collected from the Brooklyn Star.
