Time Out says

Artist and sailor Frank Traynor spotted an abandoned icehouse in upstate New York, and knew it had to become his so-called “junk shop.” He repurposed it and brought it to the Domestic Construction Community Art Garden in Greenpoint, adding signage crafted by his nephew and a watermelon patch growing on the roof. Inside the shack, Traynor hawks treasures that are anything but junk: Marija ceramic housewares ($30–$90) and Georgia Staples fruit-ripening pyramids ($50) make great housewarming gifts, while vintage roller skates ($75) and a 1970s nightclub party light ($225) are humorous finds. A pair of Mayakara kyanite necklaces ($75) and vintage swim trunks ($30) are surprisingly chic extras.
