Wendy Chung’s minichain of NYC boutiques is stuffed with super-girly lacy and silky styles. Threads from Korea, Japan and Hong Kong vie for space with Asian-inspired local brands. Conveniently, clothing is grouped by color; while there are lots of monochromatic pieces, you can still find a few interesting fabrics and patterns in the mix.
