Whiskey Tasting Series: Irish Single Malts

While Ireland has only four operational whiskey distilleries, their output goes well beyond the Bushmills and Jameson shots that most pubs serve. Dig deeper into the dark spirits of the Emerald Isle with whiskey expert Dave Mahler (Southern Wine & Spirits) at this tasting, the first installment of a five-part series. A total of six single-malts will be sniffed, sipped and discussed, including Connemara, Knappogue and Tyrconnell.
