Wines of Israel Dinner

Get familiar with the unsung wines of Israel during this four-course prix fixe at Vareli. Sommelier Richard Bill will pair the Middle Eastern grapes, which he says are comparable to Californian varietals, with chef Amitzur Mor's Mediterranean menu. Dishes include black cod with Jerusalem artichoke puree and pickled mushroom nage, and halvah semifreddo with preserved quince and almond tuile.
