Anyone can be an interior designer with the help of this textile shop. Owner Warren Kay, who is also the man behind the Silk Trading Company, sources materials from his textile mill in India, giving crafty customers access to fabrics (so you can finally custom-make those damask-print window treatments you’ve been dreaming about). Fans of his quality work include fashion icons like Taylor Swift and Diane von Furstenberg. Fabric costs $35 to $225 per yard, and can be used to cover pillows ($50–$160), to upholster Peter and the Wolf furniture ($1,500–$9,000) and to create drapes ($165–$900).

This is by far, the WORST experience I have ever had, not from a furniture store, but form any store in general. I purchased a nightstand from them in September and 8 month later, I still haven't received anything. Not only this, but staff seems unresponsive and careless every time I call or email to ask about why this piece is delayed. I have followed up time and again, and everyone I speak with, always says the piece will arrive "later" but no one ever follows up if there is a delay or a problem. READ OTHER REVIEWS here, or on Google and you will find similar "no answer" stories. They even went as far as to not ever answer my phone calls, so I called from a different number and they answered right away. The staff at this store is incredibly rude and if I were you, I would never order anything from them, not visit them. It is beyond belief how a store like this is still in business.
