Ditch the lame stereotype that brown spirits are for men at this whiskey-pairing dinner, created by and for women (though males are welcome too). The four-course prix fixe features a one-ounce pairing for each dish—try duck salad with a pour from Glen Grant, and hanger steak with roasted artichokes and smoked caramel sauce alongside a Bowmore ten-year-old.
