Self-taught chocolatier Shaineal Shah first gained a following for his unusual creations at shops like the Chocolate Library. Now, you can find his entire collection at his green flagship shop. He makes truffles, clusters and barklike Slates with Valrhona chocolate and imported ingredients like Indian cardamom, Iranian pistachios and Spanish saffron. Flavors run the gamut from traditional (caramel fleur de sel) to unorthodox (sake).
