Time Out says

Fuat Celik (also known as Cedric) worked as a hairstylist all over Europe before coming to the States in 1999, to join Frederic Fekkai in Los Angeles and then NYC in 2001. He finally opens his first salon, offering haircuts ($125, with Cedric $205), updos ($125), color ($100–$200), hair-repair treatments ($30) and blowouts ($65). The chic black-and-white locale has four cutting chairs, two washing stations and four blow-dry spots illuminated by a massive crystal chandelier. Personalized touches, such as cell phone chargers at each station, gratis Belgian coffee and chocolates and artwork by Cedric’s fiance, Veronica Collignon (veronicacollignon.com), make the salon feel homey. Cedric is jumping on the blowout bandwagon with a three-tier membership program: A silver package ($160) gets you four blowouts for the month, while gold ($300) buys you eight, and platinum ($500) warrants unlimited sessions. Each package comes with a 10 percent discount on all products, such as Moroccanoil shampoos ($21) and L’Oreal Volume Elevation gels ($20). The salon also sells Insoul jewelry (insoul.mx) from Mexico, including heart-shaped stud earrings ($32) and affirmation-etched bracelets ($87).
