Race against your fellow classmates—or yourself, if you're that sort of person—at Flywheel's flagship space. The studio keeps an ongoing record of your stats starting with the first class you take; you can access the profile on the company's website and track your progress. Have your numbers displayed on a TorqBoard at the front of the studio during classes to compete with other riders—or keep 'em private if you're not into one-upmanship.

Flywheel is a great way to get a crazy good work out while bringing out your competitive side! Brought to you by the same owner as SoulCycle, Flywheel is a spin experience you won't soon forget. Each bike has a little monitor that tracks your resistance and how hard you're working. You can also opt to have your stats up on the Torqboard - a huge TV monitor at the front of the class that tracks your workout vs. everyone else's who signed up. The only downfall to this place, like many other high-end spin studios such as this one, is that the classes are expensive. The good news is some studios allow you a free class if you're a new client! I took my first Flywheel class with Nathaniel and he was great. He made sure I was set up properly, explained how everything worked, and made sure I was alive at the end of the class!
