Time Out says
Friendly warning! We're working hard to be accurate. But these are unusual times, so please check that venues remain open.
The New York branch of this small chain opened in 2006 and lets you work up a sweat round the clock. Classes in Spinning, yoga, Pilates, Zumba, boxing and other aerobic exercises start as early as 6:30am and run until 9pm, but free weights and top-notch cardio equipment—each equipped with a DirecTV monitor—are available at all times. Fees include all classes, towel service and a free apple on the way out the door.
