This is simply a solid neighborhood gym - no fuss, no crazy classes or insane equipment, but a solid workout space that won't cost you and arm and a leg. For $49/month you'll find every piece of basic equipment you will need, a long with some spinning, body coniditioning, and yoga classes.

If you live in the area, this is a much better choice than a crunch or NYSC. Yes it does get packed during prime time, but which gym doesn't? At least this one is open 24 hours so you can get your sweat in whenever.

P.S - Hannah, one of the yoga teachers, is awesome.
