A 90-minute open Vinyasa class here is like aerobicized yoga with minimal instruction: You move through the poses very quickly and work up a killer sweat. If you’ve done yoga before, you’ll catch on quickly, but this is definitely not for beginners. Do this class once a week, and you'll be in the best shape of your life.
