Pier 17 is offering free fitness classes this month!

On Saturdays at 10am, get your body going with the Trooper Fitness Bootcamp, a team-oriented conditioning session that involves cardio and strength training methods. Each attendee will work out on their own 14 ft. x 14 ft. mini lawn. (You can bring one visitors with you to share your mini lawn.)

And on Mondays at 6:30pm, take part in Lyons Den Power Yoga, an infrared-heated power yoga studio with locations in Tribeca and Chelsea, which will lead you in a session on the large game lawns on the south side of The Rooftop. For the best vibes, attendees will wear Silent Disco headphones throughout their workout.
