Inspired by the legend of Scheherazade, eight members of the visiting U.K. troupe Forced Entertainment—dressed in ragged royal costumery—improvise a six-hour story that builds on itself and borrows from a vast array of sources old and new. Audiences are free to come and go throughout the late-night durational performance.
