Carrere keeps her eye on the Little Sparrow in a two-act tribute to the great 20th-century chanteuse Edith Piaf. The show, which has toured extensively, is directed by France's Gil Marsalla, who has previously staged similar tributes to Paris and Charles Aznavour.
