In his promising playwriting debut, Jesse Eisenberg (The Social Network) gives himself a plum role: Gen Y emo-twit Edgar, who becomes convinced that his brother's Filipina wife is a sex slave. Eisenberg's dialogue is witty, and he keeps his characters on the humane side of caricature, so it's a pity when the second act fizzles out with shopworn devices.—David Cote
