Candlelight

The scrappy NYC company Nylon Fusion Theatre scores a major coup with the world premiere of a play by John Patrick Shanley, whose mantle includles a Pulitzer Prize for Doubt and an Oscar for Moonstruck. Directed by Lori Kee, the play is described as "a Nuyorican comic romantic tragedy covered with magic and dipped in Brooklyn blood." The central characters are two 10-year-old kids in a world of violence, imagination and demons on the prowl.
