Affectionately known as CSV, the sprawling former school houses a staggering number of theaters, initiatives, studios and offices, which have collectively functioned since 1993 as an assembly point for Latino culture. This is one of the extremely basic but spacious-seeming main theaters (the other is the Milagro) available for rent.
