In the Amoralists' uneven, nudity-heavy program at the atmospheric Gershwin hotel—Derek Ahonen’s couples-therapy melodrama Pink Knees on Pale Skin and Adam Rapp’s eerie Animals and Plants—proximity amplifies everything, and not always happily.
