It: A Musical Parody

Noted cutie Garrett Clayton, who played Link in TV's Hairspray Live!, leads a cast of seven in of John Flynn's musical spoof of Stephen King's horror tale, in which a clown-shaped villain hunts children in small-town Maine. Pop and rock standards by the likes of Styx, Queen and Britney Spears punctuate an extended comedic riff on the novel and its film adaptations. Nathan Moore directs the NYC premiere at the new supper-club cabaret space Chelsea Table + Stage; Gregory Nabours is the musical director and arranger.
