Prospect Hill

Piper Theatre Productions, which has been mounting outdoor musicals for more than 20 years, presents a free workshop of the first show commissioned for its new Musicals Now Festival, devoted to work by Brooklyn artists. Mark Galinovsky and Lily Ali-Oshatz's Prospect Hill explores the history of Park Slope's 1990s lesbian community through the eyes of a young queer woman trying to get a foothold in the world that is being eroded by gentrification and changing senses of identity.
