Onomatopoeia Theatre Company's Thomas R. Gordon directs his own adaptation of Plautus's ancient Roman comedy about a canny slave who tries to save a young woman from an unhappy marital fate. (The story also inspired the musical A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum.)
