Ramaavan – A Musical

Director-adapter Rimli Roy and her company Surati for Performing Arts, which focuses on Indian theater and culture, perfrom a new musical adaptation of the Ramayana, an ancient Sanskrit epic about a prince on a quest to rescue his wife. The show, performed in English, mixes classical Asian and modern American influences.
