Rancho Viejo

Clocking in at three hours with meandering dialogue and a seemingly plotless tale of assorted California suburbanites, Dan LeFranc's comedy is nevertheless very funny and tender. Through deadpan chitchat he arrives at a Beckettian epic about marriage and neighborliness. Daniel Aukin (4000 Miles) directs an excellent cast.
