Time Out says

The White Horse Tavern, a homey family-owned pub that has been lubricating the Financial District since the repeal of Prohibition, provides the setting for this site-specific production of a new comedy by Michael Eichler, in which two siblings (Kim Katzberg and Sergey Nagorny) inherit a Pittsburgh tavern and must contend with a flood of would-be gentrifiers eager to purchase the place. Daniel Leeman Smith directs. (The $75 VIP tickets include table seating, two drinks drinks and the option to buy food.)
