Robin Schiff adapts her own screenplay for the 1997 comedy Romy and Michele's High School Reunion—in which a pair of friends retend to be successful inventors to impress their former classmates—into an original musical with songs by Gwendolyn Sanford and Brandon Jay. Kristin Hanggi (Rock of Ages) is set to direct, and Laura Bell Bundy and Kara Lindsay are playing the lead roles.
