Sanitation, or Off the Grid

Theater for the New City takes to the streets (and the parks and the playgrounds) for its 37th annual allegorical extravaganza, which has a cast of 30 and is presented free for family audiences throughout New York City. This year's offering, by Crystal Field and Joseph Vernon Banks, deals with Hurricane Sandy, Somali pirates, drone attacks, water pollution and other menaces.
