Alchemical Theatre Laboratory was founded by onetime Living Theater member Carlo Altomare, so its ethic is very pro-artist and community-driven. Its 14th Street home includes two rentable performance spaces (a 75-seat white-box theatre and a 50-seat lab theater) as well as rehearsal studios.
