The Crazy Lady of Chaillot

Medicine Show Theatre Ensemble's Barbara Vann presents her own translation of Jean Giraudoux's prescient and radical 1943 classic, in which a madwoman thwarts a plan to drill for oil in Paris. (Vann's version is closer to the original than Maurice Valency's famed and now-standard 1947 adaptation.)
