The Vanishing Elephant

The New Vic begins its latest season of high-end children's theater with a visit from The Northern Irish company Cahoots NI, bearing the tale of an elephant who is captured in India and winds up as a prop in a famous magic trick by Harry Houdini. Written by Charles Way and directed by Paul Bosco McEneaney, the production features animal puppetry and an international cast of nine performers.The lobby of the theater is set up with activities for young audiences that can be visited 45 minutes before and 20 minutes after the show. Ages 8 and up.
