Time Out says

The City Parks Foundation's free SummerStage program celebrates the 40th anniversary of The Wiz with a concert staging, directed by George Faison and hosted by Phylicia Rashad. The company includes original cast members André De Shields and Dee Dee Bridgewater. (The show plays Central Park on August 12, then eases on up to Marcus Garvey Park on August 13 and 14.)
