Time Out says

Two of the NYC's preeminent experimental-theater venues, the Bushwick Starr and the Chocolate Factory Theater, join forces to present the Institute of Useless Activity's ambitious puppet show, created by director Phil Soltanoff and performer Steven Wendt. Employing techniques both simple (hand shadows) and high-tech (abstract video), the show touches on subjects that range from the minute (a sleeping cowboy, a jazz pianist) to the cosmic (the creation of the universe).
