Spitting, sweating and with eyes agog, Irish writer-performer Ed Malone grotesquely enacts the semibiographical (and rather unfeminist) tale of his mother and two aunts, who kick up their heels after their abusive alcoholic husbands have snuffed it. Malone may have the gift of gab, but sadly his scattershot approach turns it into theatrical blarney.—Paul Menard
