The Public Theater presents edgy new works from around the world in its top-notch annual festival, curated by Mark Russell, which is finally back in person this year after a heartbreaking cancellation in 2022. Participating artists include 600 Highwaymen, Back to Back Theatre, Seth Bockley, Jesse LaVercombe, Ahmed Moneka; Ryan Calais Cameron, Nouveau Riche, Soho Theatre, Jasmine Lee-Jones and the Royal Court Theatre, Rachel Mars, Richard Maxwell, Peter Mills Weiss and Julia Mounsey, Ontroerend Goed and Alexander Devriendt, Plexus Polaire, Annie Saunders and Becca Wolff, Kaneza Schaal, Roger Guenveur Smith and Timothy White Eagle.
The festival also includes the return of Under the Radar + Joe’s Pub: In Concert—with performances by Migguel Anggelo, Eszter Balint, Salty Brine, Negin Farsad and Julian Fleisher—and the Incoming! works-in-process series featuring projects by Devised Theater Working Group artists.
