Waterman

In this original folk-rock musical by Kyle Acheson and Sam De Roest, humankind is on the brink of interspecies war with the denizens of the sea and it falls upon one creature—a half-man, half-fish agent called the Waterman—to rescue the world from itself. After years in gestation, including an outing in the 2016 edition of Ars Nova's AntFest, the show now makes the evolutionary leap into a three-week run at the Players Theatre, with the authors leading a cast of nine in a pruduction by their youthful company, Thicket & Thistle.
