Time Out says
The Reformation meets Van Wilder in David Davalos’s larky, Stoppardian campus comedy, which imagines Dr. Faustus (Scott Greer), Hamlet (Sean McNall) and Martin Luther (a superb Chris Mixon) at a 16th-century university. Director J.R. Sullivan is unafraid of cheap gags, but you’ll be dazzled at the depth of Davalos’s research and his weirdly convincing portrait of the period.—Helen Shaw
