Wolves

Little about Delaney Britt Brewer’s clever triptych of interrelated one-acts (directed handsomely by Mike Klar) will follow you home, but the show’s mechanics do effectively rivet our attention. Although the pleasures take too long to arrive, as the play’s dramaturgical origami unfolds itself, we sense that, behind the glib scenelets, a fierce theatrical thinker is beginning to bare her teeth.—Helen Shaw
