This authentic, family-friendly celebration explores the famed "culture city" of Suzhou.
Listen to musical performances, watch interactive artist demonstrations, see films, explore gallery exhibitions, take a dumpling-making workship, hear stories and marvel at a traditional Chinese Lion Dance. The festivities will include a special focus on arts from the Suzhou region of China, including Pingtan (musical performance), embroidery and Kunqu Opera.
The China Institute and the Suzhou Cultural and Arts Center will host this afternoon-long event on Sunday, January 8.
