It used to be that the only stuff a person could print were dot matrix birthday banners in a festive black and white that reminded them of their own fragile mortality. Nowadays, though, an industrious soul can “print” just about anything, from automatic weapons to probably H.G. Wells’s proto-submarine, the Nautilus. This expo showcases the cutting edge of post–2-D technology.
