39th Annual Village Halloween Parade

With a theme this year of "the 'i' of the beholder" the city's largest Halloween extravaganza focuses what we see and how we see it. A spooky cloud of floating eyes will lead the parade up Sixth Avenue, and eyeball images sent in my spectators will be projected onto the "Great Eyeball" high above the parade. Make sure your tots are comfortable with crowds before setting out: Typical attendance tops 2 million revelers. Parade runs up Sixth Ave from Spring St to 15th St. All ages.
