Latin Fusion is the theme of the evening as the James Beard House turns the spotlight on Bésame from Steamboat Springs, Colorado. Chef Joseph Campbell and restaurateur Hannah Hopkins will transport diners to an exotic locale through a thoughtfully prepared five-course meal. Expect dishes like a Sea Scallop and smoked Salmon Ceviche or Duck Breast smothered in a Mole Sauce, each will be paired with a wine or cocktail that enhances the dish.
