Husk Restaurant’s chef and fest curator Sean Brock welcomes some of the city’s best BBQ pros to offer their yummiest bites, with Blue Smoke’s Jean-Paul Bourgeois, Pig & Khao’s Leah Cohen, Insa’s Sohui Kim and other BBQ bigwigs grilling all day. While the meat smokes, performers like SNL’s Sasheer Zamata, Late Night with Seth Meyers’s 8G Band and A Tribe Called Quest’s Jarobi White serve food and chat you up while you dig in.
