This New Year's Eve, pull out your best dresses, your nicest ties and your most seductive masks. The Soho Grand Hotel is ringing in 2026 with their 16th Annual Black & White Masquerade Ball as an ode to Truman Capote's infamous 1966 Grand Masked Ball at The Plaza. This year, the downtown institution reimagines the iconic soirée for a new generation of revelers.
On December 31, the hotel's lobby will transform into a monochrome fantasy with champagne glitter towers as guests indulge in tiers of hors d'oeuvres, premium pours and the aesthetic of old-world glamour and downtown decadence. Jenny Albright, Miss Monroe and Malcolm Flex will provide the soundtrack for the night.
Attire is black tie, masks are mandatory and dancing is obligatory. Tickets range from $249 to $349, with package deal options up to $5,000.
