Time Out says

BootyCamp sessions require a commitment—you’ll take classes twice a week for a full month—but in return, you’ll see results quickly. Instructors take you through drills of sprints, squats, lunges and push-ups; both order and intensity level vary. Oh, and there are no breaks. It’s grueling work, but it makes for some extreme bragging rights once you’ve completed a class.
