Brooklyn Museum Fall Fête

Kick off the fall arts season—and spend a night at a museum—with Brooklyn Museum's Fall Fête, an after-hours party celebrating the opening of new exhibitions Art of Manga, Cézanne to Modigliani and Hopi Kachina Dolls. From 8pm to 11pm on October 1, explore the galleries after dark while enjoying live performances, artistic activations, food and drink specials and music from DJ Jon Ray. The evening also features sets and appearances from Otaku Choir, Acky Bright, Shia Ho, Angel Au and wev!, with Miss Ma’am She hosting. And since the night is partly for Art of Manga, cosplay is encouraged. Tickets are $40 in advance and $45 on the day, with admission including access to the new exhibitions, plus Iris van Herpen: Sculpting the Senses. Members get in free.
