Bushwick Collective Block Party

St. Nicholas Ave at Troutman St, Bushwick, Brooklyn. Subway: L to Jefferson St. You can explore the inside of an artist’s workshop during Bushwick Open Studios this weekend, but there’s also plenty of work on view outdoors at this festival (not to be confused with the Bushwick Block Party). The street-art focused Bushwick Collective has gathered 20 sprayers—including Frenchman Franck Duval and Australian artist Creepy—for a day of live painting. Bands, DJs (such as Ninjasonik), food trucks and a beer tent round out the offerings.
