This green Halloween fiesta features live music performances (including one by New York's only all-female mariachi band), pumpkin carving, contests and an eco fair from RiseBoro Community Partnership. The Creative Face Mask & Costume Contest starts at 2pm—entrants must be wearing a costume that creatively incorporates a Covid 19-protective face mask into their costume. Costumes should be original and not store-bought.
