Cook It Raw: David Chang & Friends

Top-notch toques David Chang, Daniel Patterson and Massimo Bottura convene with Alessandro Porcelli, founder of high-minded chef collective Cook It Raw, for an all-star conversation hosted by the New York Public Library. The chefs will chat about Porcelli’s just-released tome and regale the audience with culinary and cultural discoveries from their stints with the Raw community. Food journalist Lisa Abend will moderate.
