Time Out says

Eat every single flavor of Subway's iconic cookies at new pop-up CookieWay this weekend only.

Although Subway sandwiches will always hold a special place in our hearts, there is just something about the brand's cookies that keeps us coming back. For a limited time this weekend, New Yorkers will actually get to revel in those sweet flavors at CookieWay pop-up—the first Subway store to not sell any sandwhiches.

The pop-up will be open this Thursday, December 2 through Sunday, December 5 from 1pm to 5pm daily at 91 Allen Street and it will offer every single flavor of Subway's signature dessert plus limited-edition versions.

Expect branded merch, cookie installations and photo-op moments to round out your visit, during which you'll get to order from a menu that includes the classic chocolate chip cookie, the raspberry cheesecake cookie and a caramel apple one featuring chunks of the fruit blended in buttery dough, mixed with caramel chips and caramel salted crunch and then topped with caramel icing drizzle. Other standouts include the s'mores flavor (a limited-edition only available at the pop-up), the white chip macadamia nut and the caramel brownie.

Yes, we're also salivating.
