Time Out says

BAM stages its 34th celebration of African cultural heritage with four performances as well as a three-day bazaar (Ashland Pl between Fulton St and Hanson Pl). More than 200 vendors from Africa, the Caribbean and the Americas will be selling foods, crafts and clothes. Watch out for impromptu street performances as people get into the spirit of the weekend fest.
